I wanted to keep it simple and found almost all the ingredients in my kitchen only. With each passing day my skin looked more clean and clear and by the end of the seventh day I could see and feel a noticeable difference in the texture of my skin. There was a healthy glow on my face, which made me a happy soul.

So let’s get started.

Day # 1
Tomato – Tomato is an excellent astringent. It helps in fighting acne to a great extent. Its regular usage reduces the secretion of facial oil. It also aids in removing suntan.
Potato – Potato lightens the scars on the face and improves complexion.
Rice Flour – Rice Flour is the finest scrub I have used till date. It is very effective in removing dead skin cells and gives super smooth skin.
Aloe Vera – Everyone of us is aware of the numerous benefits of using aloe vera. It treats acne, fights aging and is a great moisturizer.
Day # 2
Egg White – Egg White removes facial hair. It is a perfect remedy for large open pores as it shrinks and tightens them. It also removes excess facial oil.
Lemon – Lemon clears and brightens skin. It is yet another wonderful agent to reduces excess oil.
Honey – Honey slows down the aging process and treats and prevents acne. It improves complexion.
