In today’s stressful lifestyle, most of the people find sleep very hard to come. For night thinkers all the worries become real and huge, keeping the much-required sleep at bay. Our mind wanders everywhere. In order to calm down our senses and fall asleep peacefully, most of us follow the night time routine like:

Procedure For Making Moon Milk
Step 1: Pour Milk in a saucepan and put it on the heat.
Step 2: Let it come to a boil and then turn off the heat.
Step 3: Let it cool down a bit.
Step 4: Add spices and herbs of your choice.
Step 5: Add honey at the end and stir nicely.
Your Moon Milk is ready! Have it just before going to bed.

Simmer Milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add cinnamon, turmeric, cardamom, ginger, and ashwagandha. If you are using nutmeg then add a pinch of black pepper to season it. Whisk nicely in order to avoid the formation of any lumps. Turn down the heat to low after adding coconut oil to the milk and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
